Are you ready to start an exciting career with CBRE? CBRE is looking for a Global SOX Assurance Manager to work remotely within the US.
About The Role :
Manages the internal audit team. Examines and analyzes accounting records to determine financial status of the establishment and prepares financial reports concerning operating procedures.
What You'll Do
- Performs limited testing verifying the effectiveness of established processes and procedures; confirms audit findings / observations identified through detailed testing.
- Develops, trains, and identifies ways to motivate and retain audit teams as well as monitor quality of work by fostering a strong team environment and providing staff with opportunities to develop skills.
Initiate policies and procedures for functional areas of responsibility.
- Conducts client interviews / discussions to plan and execute audit assignments and conducts limited client interviews to understand and document processes and procedures.
- Prepares detailed reports of audit findings and presents any irregularities to top management or the audit committee.
- Interprets policies and procedures and applies professional accounting and auditing principles and standards to test and evaluate complex financial records and operational systems.
Designs audit programs that adequately address risk and compliance with Company standards and relevant regulations.
Direct responsibility for staff which includes identifying objectives and developmental opportunities, providing guidance on project assignments and completing performance evaluations.

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related field. 8+ years of external / internal audit and overall knowledge of general accounting and audit procedures.
Real estate experience preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant, or Certified Internal Auditor, or Certified Information Systems Auditor required.
- Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards. Advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
Ability to analyze the most complex business / financial data and develop innovative solutions. Able to forecast and prepare budgets.
Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of options in varying situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.

California and Washington Residents : CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training, and experience.
The minimum salary for the Manager - Global SOX Assurance position is $115,000 per year and the maximum salary for the Manager - Global SOX Assurance position is $125,000.
00 per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience.
Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREs applicable benefit program.
