Corteva Agriscience is currently seeking a Global Talent Management Consultant within our Talent Management Center of Expertise (CoE).

This Global Talent Management Consultant position will primarily support the development and administration of global learning and development programs and resources, while also supporting broader Talent Management priorities where needed.

We are seeking an individual with experience in the development, implementation, and assessment of learning and development programs as well as expertise and interest in program administration.

Additionally, a candidate should bring best practice knowledge, innovative mindset, and strong communication skills to support execution leadership and stakeholder management for new and existing programs.

This position may be remote and located anywhere globally. An understanding by all candidates who apply, will be that this person will have standard U.

S. / North American daytime working hours.

Key Responsibilities What you will do to help us grow!

  • Leading learning and development program administration and delivery efforts, including managing vendor relationships and supporting execution and operation of programs.
  • Supporting the administration and communication of global learning and development resources, collaborating across the organization to create awareness and promotion of these resources, and assessing usage and organization need to drive decisions to enhance existing resources or introduce new assets.
  • Supporting new learning and development initiatives, including needs assessment, program design, and program analysis for multiple audiences.
  • Assessing and driving continuous improvement across programs and initiatives, including gathering and reviewing feedback and data and bringing forward innovative improvements to existing programs.
  • Benchmarking and staying abreast of emerging trends and best practices in Talent Management.
  • Leading change management efforts, including balancing stakeholders, communication planning, and resource design.
  • Facilitating training sessions for stakeholders to provide foundational implementation plans, develop key skills, and / or introduce concepts for awareness and application.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience What you’ll bring to the table!

  • Bachelor’s Degree in pertinent field of study would be preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience performing in Human Resources or other roles with similar responsibilities.

Demonstrated ability to :

  • Be highly self-motivated.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortably manage ambiguity.
  • Proactively lead others (through project work and influence).

The preferred candidate will have :

  • Experience working with a global organization.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills routinely utilized with multiple stakeholders.
  • Agile project management capabilities.
  • Contract / Vendor management experience.
  • Application of adult learning principles and concepts experience.
  • Analytics capabilities (collect, analyze, and draw conclusions from data).
  • Innovative mindset, including strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

This role collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders and vendors predominantly based in the US, therefore, candidate will need to work US-time zone work hours.
