Our opportunity

We are looking for our newHead ofSales for FMCG/Retail/Lifestyle - Argentina | Uruguay | Paraguay based in Argentina who will be responsible for the development and execution of the sales strategy for different customer segments (Fast-Moving Cargo Goods, Retail & Lifestyle) for Argentina, Uruguay & Paraguay.

Main responsibilities:

  • Leads a local sales team to ensure delivery of business objectives and targets.
  • Creates, articulates, and drives the local strategies for different customer segments.
  • Leverages understanding of the local business environment to support development of the sales strategy.
  • Maintains senior relationships with top accounts.
  • Makes joint sales calls with sales representatives and channel managers.
  • Ensures optimal activity management and account management to truly understand customers and their needs.
  • Oversees forecasting and budgeting processes to align with business goals.
  • Drives campaigns to generate a healthy pipeline and yield.

  • Solid experience in Fast-Moving Cargo Goods, Retail & Lifestyle segments in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay.
  • Strong knowledge about the market and opportunities in Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay
  • Experience leading high-performance teams.
  • Experience building and maintaining senior relationships with top accounts.
  • Languages: Fluent Spanish – Mandatory, Advanced English – Mandatory, Advanced Portuguese – Nice to have.
  • Soft skills: organization, proactivity, team building and leadership, adaptability to change, resilience, flexibility, people-oriented and result-driven.
