We are currently hiring for all levels within the Healthcare and Public Sector Consulting team. This means you will be helping our clients find and create new value for their customers, their organisation and our society through technology enabled solutions. As part of the Healthcare and Public Sector team you will work with purpose driven team members to help create a more equitable and inclusive society. About you (skills / experience):
The life of a digital consultant involves exciting, fast-paced work, dealing with a variety of stakeholders, clients and consultants. You need to be someone that can deal with ambiguity, thrive on change, and manage your own time effectively. We want someone that genuinely focuses on client outcomes, with a high degree of integrity. At Cognizant we value consultants that are curious, enjoy problem solving, bring their perspective and strive for innovation. You will need to be confident presenting to both business and technology stakeholders, being part of cross functional geographically dispersed teams, and have a strong desire to deliver outcomes. Above all, you should have a positive attitude, be purpose driven, and enjoy working with consultants from a diverse range of backgrounds, on a variety of fast paced engagements.
Your past experience should ideally include:
- Consulting experience as a business or technology specialist and advisor across the public or health sectors
- Use of a range of core and digital consulting techniques including hypothesis-based problem solving, executive report writing, critical thinking, quantitative and qualitative analysis, human centered design, product design, transformation program design
- Knowledge of technologies that manage delivery of government and health service
- A solid understanding of the core value drivers of government, public service delivery, education and / or healthcare organisation
- A track record of being part of teams who have delivered new value to your organization or your clients through digital transformation
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills, including preparing succinct documents, prototypes or artefacts to aid communication and managerial decisions.
