Hotel Manager needed for Luxury Hotel in TuscanyResponsible for the operational and managerial management of the hotelReports directly to the General Director of the Group

Responsibilities
- Supervising the operational activities of all hotel departments
- Planning activities and assigning responsibilities for efficient and controllable operations
- Managing the budget and analyzing financial information
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote hotel services
- Managing customer relations and resolving any issues or complaints
- Managing maintenance issues and ensuring the efficiency of the facility
- Collaborating with external stakeholders such as suppliers, travel agencies, event organizers
- Regularly inspecting facilities and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and privacy standards
Requirements
- At least four years of experience in a similar role, preferably within SPA or boutique hotels
- Experience in managing all hotel departments, with a focus on rooms division and Food & Beverage
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
- Knowledge of hotel management practices, relevant laws, and guidelines
- Proficiency in computer skills, revenue management, and costing control
- Proven management, supervision, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stress
- Strong leadership, empathy, and mediation skills
- Preference for candidates residing in Tuscany or Rome
- Willingness to travel to Rome for meetings
