As we embark on our expansion into the Hispanic market, we are actively seeking an HR Director to join our team. This role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of various HR and company-related tasks to support our initiatives.
About the Role
As an HR Director , you will be instrumental in developing and implementing human resources strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent for our Hispanic Division.
This role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including hiring, recruiting, talent
management, and overall HR leadership.
What You'll Do
1- Strategic Planning :
- Develop and execute HR strategies for Latin American market expansion.
- Guide workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
2- Recruitment and Hiring :
- Oversee recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Collaborate with managers for efficient staffing processes.
- Implement programs to identify and retain high-potential employees.
- Lead performance management and professional development.
3- Employee Relations :
- Foster a positive work environment, address concerns, and resolve conflicts.
- Implement HR policies for local compliance.
4- Training and Development :
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
- Work with managers on career development plans.
5- Compliance and Legal :
- Stay informed on labor laws in Latin America / Spain, ensuring HR compliance.
- Collaborate with legal counsel on employment-related matters.
6- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) :
- Lead initiatives for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Implement strategies for an inclusive work environment.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's
degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Director or in a senior HR leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Latin America / Spain (it's a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
