The HR Services Intern, reporting to the HR Services Manager, you will be a part of the Givaudan Business Solutions Center (GBS) by reporting directly to the HR Service Manager of Americas while partaking and working end-to-end tasks. You will support the employee lifecycle (onboarding, hiring, employee movements, personal data update, terminations) and Global processes (talent-performance management and annual salary review) by supporting local HR teams and Payroll.

This is an Internship position with a set duration of 6 months, with the company reserving it's right of renovating the contract for a set period of time.

In this exciting position you will:

  • Provide support for HR processes by handling customer queries through different channels, such as email, chat, and fillable forms, within the agreed-upon time frame.
  • Analyze and investigate requests, diagnose problems, and escalate to the appropriate support team.
  • Perform HR actions in the systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local requirements, including employee data changes, payroll, and non-payroll data maintenance.
  • Maintain the customer query database, keeping track of query status and resolution.
  • Collaborate with local team members to work standard operating procedures for sites in the Americas and Spain.
  • Assist in the smooth transition of new countries to the new operating model by participating in process analysis, testing, and training sessions.

  • Bachelor's degree in progress.
  • Advanced level of English, with the ability to communicate (both oral and written) in a digital environment.
