We are looking for a self-driven person to join our Cognizant HRSS (HR Shared Service) Team. In this position the main purpose is to manage the end-to-end HR processes (from hire to exit) by working very closely with HR, Recruitment & business teams.
HRSS SPECIALIST
You can expect to:
• Provide Multilingual support within HRSS team
• Provide end-to-end administrative support in HR processes for the entire lifecycle for the employees during their Cognizant tenure
• Cooperate with HR, Recruitment Team, Immigration Team and other business functions within the organization
• Review, improve, manage HRSS processes
• Report the issues and challenges to their manager
• Maintain agreed SLA on all processes and required trackers, and manage the efforts efficiently
• Proactively suggest improvement ideas and be responsible for process enhancements and process re-engineering
• Ensure process deliverables with quality, consistent on-time delivery and productivity
• Efficiently handle HR operations processing in timely and accurate manner, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed
• Provide first in-line support, respond to queries & signpost employees to policies, procedures & specialist advice from the other members of the team
• Ensure Stakeholder Service experiences throughout the operations and consistent on-time delivery
• Efficiently manage and administer the HR operations processing timely and accurate
We expect You to:
• Have a very good spoken and written English and fluent Lithuanian skills
• Have good verbal and written communication skills
• Have experience with MS Office especially Excel, Word
• Have an ability to do routine work, meet deadlines and good self-organization
• Be accurate, have a sense of duty and solution oriented mind-set
• Be excellent in customer service skills and have multitasking ability
• Have similar working experience (with HR documentation) as this would be considered an advantage
• 2-4+ years working experience
