Chevron is accepting online applications for the position HSE – ENVIROMENTAL INTERN.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Work with various HSE team members to support environmental stewardship framework.
• Support Chevron lower carbon initiatives and activities.
• Support in the improvement of Green House Gas (GHG) reporting and data quality.
• Support improving regulatory permitting workflow and compliance. Develop clear workflow where necessary.
• Support environmental processes, waste and water management and assist in implementing and/or designing new tools.
• Deliver technological solution to improve regulatory permit and permit condition management.

Required Qualifications:

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree with a desire to enter the field of Health, Safety, Environment and/or Occupational Health & Safety. Accademic field includes but not limited to chemical, environmental engineering.
• Demonstrated high level of academic performance.
• Strong computer applications knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, LMS, GIS etc.).
• Be able to clearly communicate orally and writing both in Spanish and English.

Hours per week: 20 hours.

Duration of Internship: 12 months, with the possibility of extending for 6 more months.

Location: Nuñez, Zona Norte.
