Reporting to the VP, HR, this role is perfect for a dynamic candidate who is passionate about the business of HR and how the systems we provide have a direct correlation to attracting, developing, retaining and rewarding the best talent. People are our most valuable asset and our team is at the heart of ensuring we provide best in class service and efficiency. This role will be a member of a close-knit team dedicated to making measurable differences in the lives our employees.
- Support the VP in a broad range of day to activities and project management, building stakeholder buy-in around the project plan, commitments and changes;
- Support teams to manage delivery proactively, scheduling, resourcing, dependencies, communications, budget
- Assist with developing executive presentations for weekly, monthly and quarterly project updates
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to manage responsibilities of the multiple deployment workstreams
- Manage calendars and coordinates with appropriate executive assistant ecosystem
- Assists in creating documents, tools, flow charts, etc.

Minimum Qualifications
- Two+ years relevant work experience
- The desire to learn about Workday, its functionality, implementation, stakeholder needs, etc.;
- Advanced Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills;
- Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze/synthesize data, understand trends, draw conclusions, and make recommendations for actions, experience with varied systems and project management reporting tools
- Strong oral and written communications with excelling teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and drive consensus
- Comfortable working with constant deadlines with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Ability to manage project related tasks and provide regular updates
- Ability to assess risks and provide recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday or other HR system
- Experience in a large global organization
- Bachelor's degree
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$76, 680– $84,4200] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary bonus plus incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
