Your mission as Industry Director
- Develop a clear narrative and value proposition for current and potential clients in the assigned vertical, ensuring consistency in the go-to-market approach across all involved teams.
- Identify and calibrate effective and efficient strategies to facilitate collaboration between clients in the assigned vertical and Kids Corp.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Sales, Strategy, and Account Management to execute defined action plans, establish clear workflows and interactions, and monitor their progress.
- Ensure the compliance and quality of deliverables to ensure the success of our clients and alignment with the defined strategies.
- Prioritize resource and time investment in client development within the assigned industry.
- Develop and implement best practices for client acquisition, development, and retention within the assigned industry.
- Coordinate communication efforts with the Marketing and PR department to showcase Kids Corp's value proposition to clients in the assigned industry.
- Promote a culture focused on strategic thinking and proactivity among all teams involved in client interactions within the assigned industry.
- Ensure the motivation of Kids Corp teams involved in interactions with clients in the assigned industry through a respectful and collaborative environment, continuous training, clear objectives, where opinions are heard and valued, and can be translated into improvements to existing strategies and processes.
- Lead the development of complex initiatives to determine the outreach and engagement strategy with current and potential clients in the industry, considering their maturity level with the company.
