Role: Infra Technology Specialist
Location: San Carlos, CA
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Design, deploy, and maintain endpoint solutions using InTune and JAMF
· Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline endpoint management tasks such as software deployment, patching, and configuration.
· Collaborate with security team to enforce security policies, configurations, or vulnerability remediations.
· Provide level 3 technical support for endpoint-related issues
· Document processes, configuration settings, automation scripts, and troubleshooting steps.
· Take proactive measures to optimize and enhance endpoint devices and end user experience.
Role Requisites:
o Demonstrate proficiency in InTune and JAMF
o Demonstrate proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash
o Demonstrate understanding in API and Webhook integration
o Demonstrate understanding of security best practices
o Experience with Power Automate or other low code automation tool
o Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex endpoint issues.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 –$115,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
