We are searching the best talent for a Customer Experience Manager to be in Sao Paulo, Ciudad de Mexico, Bogotá or Buenos Aires.

The Customer Experience Manager will lead and improve customer experience facing platforms and solutions evolution strategy across LATAM, as well as manage partnerships and alliances to robust platforms/solutions across the region. Identify platform capabilities needed and architecture according to what best meets business specifications and requirements. This position will report to the Sr Manager and have constant interactions with innovation, business coordinators and IT peers to enable and develop current or new solutions/upgrades.

Key Responsibilities :

·       Engage with Innovation Portfolio Leader to understand HCP and patients requirements, and work with them to design services solutions and/or upgrade current platforms & solutions

·       Evaluates the evolution needed on the platforms to align with the customer strategy defined by the business

·       Identify and develop capabilities, alliance strategic agreements (internal with Janssen at a global level and with external partners)

·       Enable adoption of platforms/solutions across LATAM clusters

·       Drive planning, development, and deployment of services to support the platform/solutions ecosystem

·       Create an enabling environment for the maintenance and operation of Platforms and Digital Solutions

·       Identify and implement system integration to optimize platform’s prioritization across the region

·       Monitors and provides inputs for the development of new service roadmaps and business opportunities together with IT

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree preferable with a Master in Information Technology or MBA. Related Industry certifications considered an asset.

·       Experience managing innovation projects with multiple stakeholders. Experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred

·       Minimum two years’ experience working with Release Management and automation/DevOps concepts and practice is desired

·       Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

·       Ability to work in a collaborative environment and develop strong relationship with customers

·       Project Management and leadership skills with strategic vision and business knowledge

·       Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, problem solve, and deliver the maximum business value

·       Ability to build strong networks and manage stakeholder expectations across the business at all levels

·       High proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English and Spanish is required.
