Objetivo de la posicion
Proporcionar información y liderar la implementación de Proyectos y planes de auditoría/control interno para proporcionar servicios objetivos de auditoría y consultoría, mejorar la eficiencia y eficacia de los controles internos, procesar el cumplimiento y minimizar el riesgo de acuerdo con los requisitos de gestión, las leyes y las buenas prácticas comerciales.
Responsabilidades:
• Proporcionar información y liderar la implementación de programas y planes de auditoría/control interno para proporcionar servicios objetivos de auditoría y consultoría, mejorar la eficiencia y eficacia de los controles internos, el cumplimiento de los procesos y minimizar el riesgo de acuerdo con los requisitos de gestión, las leyes y las buenas prácticas comerciales.
• Evaluar la eficiencia y eficacia de los sistemas de control interno y procesos de gestión de riesgos.
• Revisar el cumplimiento de los procesos con estándares internos, leyes y buenas prácticas comerciales.
• Hacer recomendaciones e informar a las empresas sobre las mejoras necesarias.
• Gestiona el proveedor externo (auditor externo) y sus servicios a la empresa.
Partes interesadas
• Puede influir en otros fuera de su área de trabajo con respecto a políticas, prácticas y procedimientos.
• Desarrollar relaciones sólidas y de confianza con los líderes empresariales de Galderma.
Requisitos:
Educación: Maestría / Licenciatura
Experiencia: 5 años en roles similares
Ingles fluido requerido.
