About the position

A Project Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing and leading the execution of projects from initiation to completion. They are responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the project's objectives and requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Creating a comprehensive project plan, including defining project goals, objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines. 
  • Identifying tasks, allocate resources, and create a schedule to ensure the project progresses smoothly.
  • Overseeing the project team, assigning roles and responsibilities, and ensuring effective collaboration. 
  • Facilitating communication, encourage teamwork, and provide guidance to team members to ensure they understand their tasks and deadlines.
  • Identifying project stakeholders, establish effective communication channels, and manage their expectations. 

Who you are:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in Project Management.
  • You have great leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams, set a clear vision, and guide them towards project success.
  • You have excellent communication skills and must be able to articulate project goals, expectations, and requirements to the team and stakeholders. 
  • You're proficient in active listening, negotiation, and presenting information clearly and concisely.
  • You have exceptional organizational skills to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources effectively
  • You have strong problem-solving skills to tackle challenges and should be adept at analyzing complex situations, identifying solutions, and making informed decisions under pressure.
  • You have good understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to effectively manage projects.
