We have established a partnership with one of the top language schools in Italy, recognized for its dedication to delivering top-notch language education. As we expand into the Hispanic market, we are actively seeking an IT Project Manager to join our team. 

This role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of various HR and company-related tasks to support our initiatives.

Position Overview: As an IT Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving IT projects from inception to completion. This multifaceted position requires a combination of project
management expertise, coding skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
The successful candidate will contribute to the successful implementation of IT solutions that support our Spanish Market expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within scope,
expectations and timeline.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, requirements,
and deliverables. 2. Coding and Development:
Lead and actively participate in coding and development tasks as part of IT projects.
Ensure coding practices adhere to industry standards and contribute to the overall success of the project. 3. Quality Assurance (QA):
Implement and manage QA processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT
solutions. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues promptly.

4. Technical Leadership:
Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members throughout the project
lifecycle.

Stay informed about technological advancements and recommend innovative
solutions. 5. Administration and Documentation:
Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical
documentation. Collaborate with administrative teams to ensure project-related tasks are efficiently
executed. 6. Collaboration:
Foster effective communication and collaboration between IT teams and other
departments. Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and provide
project updates.

‍ ‍ Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager with hands-on coding and development
experience.
• Strong project management skills, including managing multiple projects
concurrently.
• Experience in quality assurance and testing processes.
• Proficiency in coding languages such as Java, Python, or others.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
