ITSM Process Expert:

  • Design & build next generation best practices aligning with ITIL4 and SIAM process frameworks
  • Design, build & effectively utilize ITIL4 & SIAM maturity models for customer & organization benefit
  • Identify gaps. Design & deliver business values for internal & external stakeholders
  • Adopt Agile, DevOps & other digital frameworks to make the operating model Leaner & quicker
  • Contribute to Practice by providing mentoring support, Knowledge sharing sessions & lead competency groups from the front
  • Provide Presales support (RFP solutioning, Client orals & Delivery assessment of presales solutions)
  • Rich working knowledge on ServiceNow platform & related SM tools
  • Result oriented & self-motivated leader with good People management skills to enable everyone to deliver outcomes
  • Must have at least ITIL4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader certified.
  • Along with ITIL4 certification, SIAM professional certification is desired.
