What You Will Do

  • Define strategy for the channel and main clients.
  • Translate sales plans into operational sales activities per customer / account according to GTM guidelines (customer categorisation).
  • Monitor and adapt sales activities on regular basis so that objectives are met.
  • Visit existing customers and prospects according to GTM guidelines and existing sales processes.
  • Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
  • Respond to customer enquiries.
  • Conduct appropriate training / consultancy.
  • Conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
  • Continuously build market knowledge and refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization.
  • Properly report visits and activities using Essity's CRM system.

Who You Are

  • Minimum education : Bachelor / University degree in Administration, Marketing or related careers.
  • Intermediate / advanced Office package
  • Experience in Sales or Trade Marketing : at least 03 years, preferably in mass consumption distributors, or similar positions.
  • Desirable experience : leading sales or Trade Marketing teams.
