Junior Bpo Recruiter (Argentina)

1840 & Company is looking for a Junior BPO Recruiter  to help us boost our operations across the Globe. The ideal candidate should be able to conduct end to end cycle of recruitment from opening to closing of the candidate's application not limited to searching, calling, qualifying, negotiating, job offer, and placement Hourly rate: USD 4.60  Working hours: 9 am - 5 pm ART   Responsibilities Will be responsibilities for an end-to-end recruitment process Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Handling all the positions from Entry Level to Sr. Level positions for BPO. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, contacts, references, social media, etc. Screening prospective candidates through telephonic, and Video Interviews. Conducting the initial rounds of the interview and shortlisting the candidates. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Requirements Hands-on end-to-end Hiring experience is a must. 1 - 3 years of experience in Recruitment Excellent English communication skills - written and oral. Must have experience in scaling up and meeting the volume quickly. Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.  Must possess your own laptop/desktop that meets the following minimum qualifications: Processor: Core i5 or higher RAM: 8 GB or higher Must have a reliable internet connection with the following bandwidth requirements: Minimum Download Speed: 6 Mbps Minimum Upload Speed: 5 Mbps A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise and interruption.
