Job description

As a Junior Finance Controller, you will be a part of the core team in our site in Pilar.

• Takes part in the follow-up of action plans budget with accounting department
• Participates in budgetary approach
• Ensures budget’s preparation with FINANCE CONTROLLER
• Participates in site’s monthly reporting actions towards internal and external clients (flash, monthly reporting, rolling forecast)
• Takes part of management control and inventory policy defined on the site
• In case of cost price, margin or plant’s result change beside budget goals, analyse causes, sets and follows action plans.
• Analyses and follow every product margin
• Animates and manage action plans (monitoring discard rates, updating ranges, nomenclatures…) to assure accounting statements and exact cost of production adequacy
• Participates to the PRU preparation and check its consistency in connection with the technical department and update changes in the information system
• Push forward management controller’s best practices
• Participates in intern work groups

Profile

You are a highly motivated young graduate from a Business School or University with a strong interest for a finance and controlling. As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum (e.g., one semester or year outside your home country).

You are a team player, a self-learner and have good organizational and time management skills. You are familiar with the software SAP and have an advance knowledge of Excel. You also have experience with Oracle HFM Plus.

You are open minded and with a serious desire to learn and work in a team, as well as a clear willingness to embark on an international career.

A first experience or internship in the automotive sector or in project management can be a plus.

Your English and Spanish are fluent.
