What you'll do

We are seeking a talented and experienced Kotlin Multiplatform App Developer to lead the development of a new Multiplatform mobile application. The successful candidate will play a key role in spearheading this project, leveraging the foundation of our existing Native Android and iOS app, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the development process and ensuring a seamless transition to Kotlin multiplatform technology.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Kotlin Multiplatform Development: Take charge of the end-to-end development process using Kotlin multiplatform technology to build a unified app for both Android and iOS.
2. Architecture and Design: Collaborate with the design and architecture teams to create a scalable and maintainable app structure, ensuring optimal performance on both platforms.
3. Codebase Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of a clean and organized codebase, implementing best practices to facilitate collaboration among the development team.
4. Cross-Platform Integration: Ensure a smooth integration of features and functionalities across both Android and iOS platforms, optimizing the user experience.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliver a high-quality product.
6. Troubleshooting and Bug Fixing: Identify and address issues promptly, conducting thorough testing to ensure the stability and reliability of the application.
7. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in mobile app development, incorporating relevant technologies to enhance the app's performance and user experience.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in Kotlin multiplatform development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects targeting both Android and iOS platforms.
2. In-depth knowledge of mobile app development best practices, design principles, and patterns.
3. Proficiency in at least Native Android and some knowledge of iOS development, with a solid understanding of the differences and nuances between the two platforms.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Familiarity with agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous experience migrating from Native Android and iOS to Kotlin multiplatform
2. Proficiency in Native iOS development
3. Experience with automated testing frameworks
