Job Title:Lead AI Engineer with experience in AIML GenAI (Onsite)
Roles & Responsibilities:
§ Manage the Generative AI model deployment, versioning, monitoring, scalability, performance, optimization, continuous, improvement and operations (including model retraining changes in data inputs, monitoring and managing model drifts etc.)
§ Responsible for designing, implementing, and integrating Generative AI solution to fit within the existing IT landscape of the client.
§ Responsible for Infrastructure design & involved in overseeing performance, development, security and compliance.
§ Involved in unit testing the performance of these models and iteratively improving them.
Required Qualifications:
§ 12 to 15 years of experience.
§ In depth understanding of AWS Bedrock technology.
§ Good knowledge & experience in AIML, GenAI technology.
§ Experts in large language models primarily focusing on prompt designing and engineering of foundational Generative AI models.
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 02/20/2024.
The annual salary for this position is between $160,000.00 – $170,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
