What are you waiting for? Learn more at #WeAreUKGDescription & QualificationsDescriptionAs a Business Process analyst, you will be responsible for identifying processes that can be simplified, digitized or eliminated by use of Robotics Process Automation (RPA).

Identify opportunities to useRPAto increase productivity, formalize an enterprise automation roadmap and build the business case forRPA.Responsibilities include :

  • Spends up to 60% of their time working in a hands-on way on day-to-day project tasks.
  • Spends 40% of their time mentoring others
  • Spends 10% of their time on strategy
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders by analyzing processes and assessing feasibility for automation. Also, confirm current metrics by baselining the process and compare them with projected future state metrics.
  • Analyze, understand, and document Business Processes in detail using BPMN for the purpose ofRPAdeployment.
  • Facilitates various types of interviews, meetings or workshops to define, optimize, and document processes to configureRPAsolutions.
  • Leverage Lean principles and process improvement experience to streamline and optimize processes forRPAimplementation.
  • Be able to quickly recognize waste, opportunities for improvement, and quantify both as a metric.
  • Deploy a multi-disciplinary approach (i.e. machine learning, AI tools, business analytics, etc.) to solving business challenges.
  • Contribute to building a repository of tools, playbooks and best practices.
  • Acts as Lead analyst regarding process analyst practices and projects, helping to oversee the communication, analysis, testing, and implementation as the need arises
  • Facilitates developing project estimates and timelines
  • Identifies and suggests ways to improve processes across the team and departmentQualificationsBasic Required Skills :
  • Has 6-10 years’ professional experience
  • Experience with assessing, executing and documentingRPAbusiness opportunities
  • Experience with systems development life-cycle and structured programming methods (both traditional and agile), including requirements definition, solution design, program development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support and maintenance.
  • Proficient communication skills; listening, written and verbal; ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Has proven experience with the following technologies : Project Management, Process Improvement, Automation tools, Lucid Charts / Visio
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in scenarios that are not well defined or structured
  • Strategic and analytical thinker, able to move seamlessly from high-level concepts to details and solutions without much guidance
  • Comfortable working with data and reporting tools such as MS Suite Excel, PowerBI, Aha etc.
  • Track record of meeting and / or exceeding established client, project and performance goals
  • Must be willing and able to change direction during analysis as requirements and priorities change
  • Ability to understand system functionality, process, and architecture at a technical and business level
  • High degree of self-motivation to learn new methodologies / technologies that will enhance job performance
  • Self-motivated and accountable to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Must be open to feedback when being mentored and mentor other analyst team members.
  • Builds and maintains strong peer relationships within the team and across the organization
  • Able to work with diverse team members with different levels of experience
  • Work effectively as a member of an agile team and / or independentlyPreferred Skills :
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline preferred.
  • Proven experience with RPA Platforms like UiPath
  • Understanding of the Scrum Agile methodologies
  • Certifications related to RPA, lean six sigma is a plusPay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and CaliforniaThe pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $96,900 to $139,300, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.

This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.Information about UKG’s comprehensive benefits can be reviewed on our careers site at is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area, the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $109,250 to $157,033 per year.
