Job Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Job Summary:

Lead the portfolio delivery team with expertise in Generative AI, Data Science and Banking Products. Strong domain knowledge in Fund Accounting is a must.

Experience: 10 to 14yrs

Roles & Responsibilities

·       Owns delivery management and excellence for a set of accounts.

·       Supports SBU Head in achieving revenue targets for the SBU.

·       Accountable for reviewing deliverability and estimations in Bid situations.

·       Focus on Industrialization initiatives Both RTB and CTB for the portfolio Implements the planned Industrialization initiatives in all engagements.

·       Plays active role in evangelizing tool driven delivery and platform driven governance in all engagement.

·       Engage with EDLs to ensure delivery and delivery transformation for all client engagements.

·       Responsible for cost prediction and managing engagements within planned cost parameters.

·       Implementing CII and adopting Transformation levers in all engagements.

·       Reviews and informs bid decisions for their set of accounts (eg delivery estimations and solutioning)

·       Manages people engagement and skilling initiatives Includes regular connects, CCA, leadership development and mentoring / coaching.

Certification(s) Required: CERTIFIED AI PROFESSIONAL

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 USD – $182,000 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
