 What you bring to the role

• The candidate should comfortably work in the Pacific time zone.

• Must have 3-4 years of lead experience successfully building and deploying demanding Flutter applications.

• Thorough knowledge on Creational, Structural and Behavioral design patterns

• Expertise in developing apps for three major platforms iOS, Android and Windows with a single codebase with responsive design

• Expertise in SDK-based device integrations such as camera, printer and scanner

• Knowledge in handling web pages in web views within a flutter app with bi-directional communication

• Experience in working with graph/ chart widgets developing dashboards

• Experience working with Unit Test frameworks and Static Code Analyzers

• Experience in internationalization and white labelling

• Experience with JIRA process, Configuration Management and DevOps tool chain Android (Java/ Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) development experience is a plus

• Participate in 24 x 7 L3 support rotation together with the Company on production applications developed under this SOW.

• Experience publishing Flutter books or presenting at Flutter conferences, and are advisors to Google and the core Flutter team is desirable

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in mobile development.

• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintain best practices

• Continuously improve development processes and workflows.

• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver on project goals.

• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.

• Continuously improve development processes and workflows.
