We’re totally transforming our business and building our future on and building our future on one clear purpose – to deliver a smoke-free future.Your Day to Day:Design, improve and support: • Develop the processes and systems related to servicing customers that belong to the Customer & Consumer Solutions (B2B scope) • Re-design processes to maximize standardization • Leverage customer and industry data to optimize the OTC process under analysis • Support the cost optimization initiatives in Supply Chain, Commercial and Finance streams • Manage cross functional links within overall delivery functions to achieve process excellence in OTC stream • Roll out Best Practice in supply chain, finance and commercial programs/ processes along with identifying cost reduction processes • Use the Customer Service KPI(s) to highlight the problem areas of the operation to the concerned management to improve the OTC B2B process • Be responsible for the overall Global Order to Cash process - understanding company’s business objectives, requirements, and process simplification opportunities. • Be accountable for bringing new age thinking and contribute to Cost to Serve design setupProject Based work/ Agile framework: • Analyzing, designing and developing As Is and To Be architectures and roadmaps by Platform and Product in alignment with business transformation roadmaps. • Being a highly competent practitioner of agile ways of working; highly skilled in the mechanics of agile project execution. • Understanding Lean Agile frameworks, methodology, delivering and working within agile project teams using agile methodologies by respecting values, principles and practices of those methodologies. • Identifying tools and technologies to maximize benefits to enterprise, with focus on technology maturity, associated risks, migration effort and impact on obsolescence (de-commissioning)Who we’re looking for:•University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or other relevant •5+ experience in Order to Cash, Supply Chain, Finance or similar environment plus 2+ experience in managing projects/ people •Previous background preferably in running various deployment projects in Finance, Order to Cash, SC or Commercial area (incl. project & change management) •Comprehensive experience in developing the processes and systems related to servicing customers in FMCG and international company•Ability to work with global/remote teams•Performance driven, seeks and acts on results•High self-awareness and ability to operate effectively in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment, strong relationship building, •Self-motivated professional with excellent customer service •Ability to influence and establish credibility, trust and rapport with internal and external stakeholders and colleagueWhat we offer:Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
