The purpose of the Risk & Assurance function within PMI is to provide independent, objective assurance and risk consulting services designed to add value and improve PMI’s operations, with the mission to enhance and protect organizational value by providing risk-based and objective assurance, advice, and insight, through a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and control processes, in order to help PMI accomplish its objectives. A key pillar within the Risk & Assurance Function is the Professional Practices, that acts as the key enabler and accelerator for Audit / Assurance and Non-Financial disclosure engagements through the development and maintenance of audit tooling with focus on Data Analytics, overall enhanced Quality Assurance and centralized reporting of all audit and assurance activities. Overall, the Professional Practices Pillar will drive the complex transformation of the Function through accelerating productivity, increasing efficiency & effectiveness, increasing risk coverage, enhancing audit planning, scoping and quality, data driven desktop reviews, consolidating all audit and assurance activity reporting, amongst others. Your 'day to day'As Lead Prof. Practices – Audit & Data Analytics, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Prof. Practices - Data & Technology. Your collaborative efforts will be pivotal in propelling our digital transformation journey, emphasizing the utilization of advanced technology and Data Analytics to enhance audit coverage, efficiency, and effectiveness.More specifically, you will be•Building a comprehensive Data Analytics Toolbox to enhance efficiency in assurance programs and audit activities, supporting efforts related to for example, but not limited to, SOX, Fiscal Compliance, and anti-bribery and anti-corruption initiatives.•Executing Data Analytics to effectively assess data driven insights and exceptions, communicating audit findings, insights, and risk areas through audit reports and visual dashboards.•Executing Data Analytics support activities for all audit and assurance services throughout the lifecycle:-Supporting audit scope and objectives definition and preparing hypotheses to evaluate for each audit.-Unlocking data, conducting data discovery, data interpretation and data cleansing.-Applying analytics techniques i.e., descriptive analytics, data mining, data visualization, process mining, to understand large datasets to identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and extract valuable insights for assurance and audit purposes.-Building Power BI dashboards to communicate audits findings/ insights / risk areas to gain relevant information for the audit.-Executing data driven desktop reviews and communication of audit results to relevant stakeholders.•Contributing in programs to upskill the technology and Data Analytics capabilities for all auditors.•Supporting Data-Driven Risk Identification and support the identification and measurement of data-driven risks for the Enterprise Risk ManagementWho we're looking for•University degree (BA/BS) level education (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Informatics, etc.) •Post University Professional Certification/Education is a plus – examples: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Executive Master Internal/Operational Auditor (EMIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), etc. •4+ years of experience in Risk Management, Internal Controls, Internal Audit, with a preference of a combination of one of the aforementioned roles•Relevant experience in:o‘Big Four’ and/or other public accounting / audit / consulting / Data AnalyticsoFast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)oData Analytics , basic experience in minimum two of the following topics: 1.Power BI / DAX 2.SQL 3.Macros / VBA4.Python / R5.Process mining •Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. •Data analytics bring insights and identify areas of elevated/emerging risks and articulate them clearly. •Knowledge of SAP data models and standard modules is a plus.•Curiosity to look for opportunities to simplify and enhance existing processes.What we offerOur success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
