What you'll do : Collaborate closely with product managers, product designers and other engineers to deliver on our product roadmap, turning rough specs into features that we can leverage in our rules engine.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment.Understands fundamental Software Engineering principles, e.
g. OO, functional programming, design patterns and how to apply them to their own codeFull professional English proficiency.
For the Senior / Leading postion : Exposure to architectural patterns of a large, high-scale web application.Rigor in A / B testing, test coverage, and other web best practices.
Experience working with complex data models at scale.Experience with infrastructure (AWS), CI / CD, performance optimization.
Have prior experience leading engineering teams, and work effectively within small, dynamic cross-functional settings.
