DirecciónCognizant is looking for a Lead UX Designer , practitioner of User Centered Design, who understands and implement Design thinking. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/best practices to enhance our current services and technologies.

Location: Cleveland, Ohio (Onsite)

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for requirements gathering, designing, developing, deploying and maintaining high-performance, scalable applications that operate seamlessly in a distributed and cloud-based environment
- Develop new features and maintain existing features for various applications and products
- Design and develop Unit Test Suites, Integration Tests, System Tests, Regression Tests to perform quality check
- Collaborate with application development teammates and line of business champions to support application design and related business processes with a focus on our users' engagement with applications and processes.
- Help bring new ideas for design and testing to the team using expertise and eye for great design.
- Build prototypes and HTML wireframes for web pages.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree in design.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite or similar technologies.
