- You will need to be well versed with advance excel reporting and functionalities
- Have periodical meeting with clients
- Ensure high data quality through regular quality checks.
- Effective work allocation and monitor the trend and closure
- Proactively highlight any risk and issues to the leadership
- Timely completion and delivery of work tasks
- Monitor and drive the quality as per the defined metrics
- Ensure the TAT and SLA are maintained
- Support various teams, in reaching their goals through analysis
- Monitor the current reports to identify changes in business trends and highlight to the stakeholders
- Need to be well versed with insightsmp Learning Dashboards
- Proficiency in D2L reporting
- Handle small projects, present results and meet deadlines by collaborating with teams at teams level
- Good understanding / Contribution for Journey to the intelligent operations(J2IO).
Must have :
