We are looking for an innovative team player, curious by nature and agile problem solver who is passionate about learning to join the Spain Learning Strategy team and own the Learning and Leadership Development agenda for one of our key areas at Accenture Iberia.

You, as a successful candidate, will act always as an experienced but humble assessor and as a high-level consultant of learning as your core business, identifying the true needs and gaps of knowledge in the teams and business areas before developing and implementing the local learning strategy by bringing together an understanding of local and global learning strategies and your knowledge of local business priorities and market demands.

You understand and clearly differentiate the business priorities versus the training priorities of the Market Unit (MU).

You look beyond your area of responsibility, finding synergies and opportunities by working together as a team player. You have a The success of others is my own success way of thinking.

You are an explorer that likes to keep up to date in trends, not only on the learning science but also in cross functional areas that feeds the area of knowledge (Anthropology, technology applied to learning, marketing and trends in education, future skills, UX savvy among others).

You will not fear the challenge of identifying existing learning assets and synergies, locally and global through different business areas.

Curate first, develop after mindset. When developing adhoc learning experiences, you always create viable solutions and durable on time, with a broader vision, not only focus on solving punctual needs.

You deploy and share knowledge with a generous mindset and are able to teach in multi-methods in a local & global environment, therefore you will feel comfortable acting with agility in continuous changing ecosystems.

You will partner with Spanish business leaders and service-learning champions to address the overall strategic and tactical business objectives and ensure appropriate skills, certifications, knowledge and behavior requirements are addressed.

You will collaborate closely with your manager to drive the overall vision for the Spain L&LD function in collaboration with our teams in Spain, Portugal and Israel.

You will collaborate with our Europe Learning CoE in a regular basis.

Would be a plus to be certified in agile methodologies as SCRUM, and coaching skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategy Development & Deployment

Define learning and curriculum strategy for the business and ensure alignment with business strategy and needs and the global learning ecosystem.

Develops and implements learning assets and programs designed to build the future skills, even when the skill is not well defined yet.

  • Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with Spanish Business Leads as a priority, Learning Champions and Sponsors and HR Teams as Learning Operations Teams to capture perspective on Spain requirements.
  • Work with Europe Learning CoE team to understand the latest learning trends, global initiatives, business learning priorities and learning paths;

act as single point of contact between the Learning CoE and Spain in your areas of responsibility.

  • Partner with the Learning CoEs and business teams to build and deploy learning solutions to meet local needs regarding capability development and Leadership Development (leverage Accenture Learning and other vendors where appropriate).
  • Ensure Accenture's required and priority training programs operate efficiently and meet compliance and attendance targets.
  • Lead initiatives to re-engineer and improve existing learning processes and methodologies.
  • Serve as a partner concern point to the curriculum areas on classroom or virtual delivery needs.

Learning Architecture

  • Use standard learning architectures wherever possible. When new architectures are needed, cultivate innovation and pilot new insights, partnering with local & global strategy and innovation teams to ensure that innovations are available to others.
  • Develop communications strategies to build awareness of the capability initiatives and learning programs available to the organization.
  • Plan, forecast and support the business to own the Market service training budgets and coordinate its effective utilization.
  • Work with Accenture Learning, Subject Matter Experts, Global HR and external vendors to ensure that certification programs are developed, implemented and supported efficiently to align with Accenture's skill certification strategy.
  • For vendor assets, assists with vendor relationship management and managing vendor performance. Assists in efforts to select and contract with external vendors when required (leverage Accenture Learning and Procurement where appropriate).
  • Keeps up to date the knowledge about vendors ecosystem in Iberia, takes care of maintaining and grow the networking with those identified as the best ones.

Training Delivery, Tracking & Measurement

  • Take accountability for delivery of your training plan, partnering with the responsible Accenture Learning Delivery teams
  • Work Strategic Delivery Planner to review performance against SLAs and continue to drive process enhancements and innovation
  • Provide management insights on learning metrics to help drive vital actions and decisions at the local level
  • Carry out ongoing analysis to ensure training return on investment and identification of cost saving opportunities.
  • Keeps the documentation of processes up to date and curated.

New Joiner Orientation / Experience

  • Accountable for the delivery NJX across Spain, all Graduate and intern start groups, with support from the L&LD Analyst and in collaboration to the other countries of the Market Unit (Spain, Portugal & Israel).
  • Collaborate closely with Europe Learning CoE on the implementation of any new global content, programs or initiatives
  • Partner with recruitment and TSC to deliver a collaborative HR service to the business in relation to new joiners.

Qualifications

  • High level of English (C2 minimum)
  • High level of Portuguese (C2 minimum)
  • Flexibility to work in Europe Time Zone
  • Knowledge about Technology world
  • Knowledge about talent development and training strategies
  • Skills of the future : adaptation to change, taking risks, new approach, prioritization capacity and being decisive, work under pressure and influence in the business.
