Job Summary
Lead the Analysis and Diagnostic of Main Market Data (Retail, Scantrack and Panel) to support Colgate decision process, bringing mail market Insights and opportunities
Conduct analysis and implement new processes to improve our company’s performance and profitability based on Syndicated data and connecting the dots with people centricity knowledge
Define and implement the right visualization of reports, analysis and dashboards to drive business decisions
Co-Lead advanced analytics (Pricing & MMM), and fundamental analytics (reporting and simplification)
Co-Lead advanced analytics RGM Business Case, guarantee the implementation according to the Divisional and Global roadmap, promote the usage of main pricing and promo tools, developed internally or providing by best in class suppliers
Actively participation in all RGM projects, implementing Division plans and improvements locally, drill down the knowledge to local commercial team
Responsible for supplier relationship, Budget control & execution, create and revie brief for projects or Analysis
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Support and Coach Commercial team in the most important decision to implement tactics & strategies to grow the Colgate business. Support main business review presentation helping to understand consumption behaviors and correlations vs. category performance
Manage relationships with data suppliers (Nielsen, Kantar, Scanntech, IQVIA). Responsible for Quality requirements, segmentation, enhancements and Local negotiation with suppliers in involve in all administrative processes like budget, negotiation & Payment.
Deploy the learning of price analysis to guide strategy for SPIs, SDPs or promo prices and support RGM initiatives by participating in the Implementation of Category pricing decks and key performance indicators
Co-lead others pricing analysis which include new functionalities like calculation of return over the investment, analysis of effectiveness for temporary price reduction, promo – packs and any other prize activity implemented
Design and develop reports, dashboards, templates, visualizations and scorecards to support business needs
Participate in the advanced analytics marketing mix modeling for core categories, supporting with all data extractions and validations, to identify opportunities to optimizing marketing investment for core business
Build strong relationships with key partners in the commercial organization, work collaboratively and cross functionally to collect key requirements and achieve objectives support all business reviews meeting with proper analysis and information.
Seek continuous improvements and leverage new tools, applications, methodologies and ways of working
Participate in all pilot Global initiatives for total market calculations, like CBS analytics initiatives
Participate in RGM/Commercial meetings

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
Basic requirements include
Bachelor Degree Business administration, Industrial Engineers, Marketing, Economy, International Business, Statistics or Actuarial
Evident Market Analysis and Diagnostic in insights or marketing experience (+3 years) using syndicated data like NIELSEN and KANTAR
3+ years supporting Business intelligence and reporting
Advanced knowledge of research methodologies, Nielsen, kantar and syndicated data
Knowledge of reporting tools and visualization techniques and visualization tools like Tableau, DOMO, Power BI
Knowledge of SQL with some programming experience preferred / Python is a plus
Ability to work with different data sources
