Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a talented Executive Recruiter. This individual will own the responsibility and accountability of supporting our hiring managers and business unit leadership in identifying, selecting and hiring the Best In Class talent. The team supports executive level hires into a specific, assigned business unit -achieved through a combination of direct and indirect hires. We are looking for someone who has a blend of both agency and corporate recruiting experience, and has recruiting both consulting and more senior level technical roles. .
