- EMS : electronic manufacturing service
- Factories : Dongguan (5000) & South America (300, expanding)
- We offer electronics manufacturing services to customers in the United States, Europe, Japan and Asia Pacific.
- We are looking for MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING MANAGER (station South America) with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Oversee the MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING team of South American Plant
- In charge of industrial engineering, test engineering, plant engineering, trouble shooting and problem solving of manufacturing executive system.
- Supervise a group of manufacturing engineers and technicians to develop and implement manufacturing process, productivity improvement program and cost efficiency studies.
- Lead other departments for MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING improvement projects.
- Tertiary education in Manufacturing / Industrial / Production / Engineering or related disciplines.
- Over 8-10 years MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING experience, including in Electronics Manufacturing industry, involved in manufacturing operation process in a supervisory level.
- Familiar with manufacturing workflow, process and test engineering, exposure in advance automatic production line set up.
- Ability to cope with challenge and meet targets for plant expansion.
- Familiar with equipment maintenance / calibration program for ISO requirements.
- Fluent in English and preferably Cantonese speaking
- Station South American Plant (1.5 hours from airport)
