Job Description
The marketing function has overall responsibility to drive Visa transactions. Also leads the communications strategy, planning and implementation of all global, regional and local marketing programs in support of marketing strategies and objectives in all brand, product, client and innovation platforms. As a Massive Segment Marketing Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities
· Create and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives.
· Develop and execute innovative brand strategies to effectively position the company in the market.
· Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and partners.
· Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
· Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of branding initiatives.
· Analyze consumer insights and feedback to refine brand strategies and improve customer engagement.
· Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
• Proven experience 3-5 years as a Brand Manager or in a similar role within the marketing domain.
• Strong understanding of brand development, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior.
• Demonstration of past successes in planning and executing brand campaigns that have increased brand visibility and user engagement.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
• Preferably, previous experience in brands that target GenZ, agile companies with start up spirit.
