Requirements:

  • • Seeking a results-driven Medical Software Sales Specialist to introduce and sell our healthcare software to enterprise-level clients. The role involves lead identification, understanding client needs, and successful deal closures.
  • • Strong command of the English language.
  • • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • • Tenacious and goal-oriented with the ability to close deals.
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • • Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and services.
  • • Comfortable with a full-cycle sales role, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • • Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn messages, and other methods of lead generation.

Responsibilities:

  • • Identify and generate leads, focusing on healthcare, compliance, and HR sectors.
  • • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • • Present and explain the benefits of our software to potential clients.
  • • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • • Continuously monitor and follow up with leads.
  • • Collaborate with the sales manager to develop and refine sales strategies.
  • • Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage warm leads and industry knowledge.
