- • Tenacious and goal-oriented with the ability to close deals.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- • Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and services.
- • Comfortable with a full-cycle sales role, from lead generation to deal closure.
- • Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn messages, and other methods of lead generation.
Responsibilities:
- • Identify and generate leads, focusing on healthcare, compliance, and HR sectors.
- • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- • Present and explain the benefits of our software to potential clients.
- • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- • Continuously monitor and follow up with leads.
- • Collaborate with the sales manager to develop and refine sales strategies.
- • Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage warm leads and industry knowledge.
