DirecciónCognizant is looking for a Medicare Enrollment SME. This position is key in supporting the daily operations of a team in a healthcare related field, the ideal candidate must demonstrate a robust critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to make timely high-level decisions. Candidates with a “roll-up your sleeves” attitude are encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Daily Transaction Reply Report
- Use OEC, MARx, CTMs and On Demand to review and analyze member enrollment data
- Post CMS and Manual letters
- CMS Letters Reconciliation
- Responsible for Daily TRR letter
- Conduct SNP New Grace and End Grace Reconciliation
- Participate actively in client calls
- Complete EDV review
Basic Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED
- MS Suite proficient
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communications skills, verbal and written
- Experience supporting Medicare enrollment processing
Preferred Qualifications:
- MS Access Database experience
