We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Mesure Incident Manager 

 

 Responsibilities & Skills:

  •  7  Years of the operational experience on core End user services including key events management, command centre coordinator , Major Incident and communication management 
  • Experience in Managing and Driving Major Incidents related to system, application and Infrastructure by coordinating and engaging the right stakeholders, with agreed upon communication templates and cadence of updates,  reporting , analytics and metrics, audit and compliance.
  • Experience in building Standard Operating Procedures for supporting various events including Yearend events and activities, Major Product Launches and System releases , Major Company events etc.
  • Experience in Periodic refreshes of SOPs /Knowledge bases and keeping them current
  • Identifying , planning and  coordination with key stakeholders for all events which needs to monitored.
  • Provide world-class communication, to ensure all stakeholders are engaged in Incidents are kept up to date on progress.   
  •  Access and Confirm full business impact of incidents & effectively communicate awareness, issues, and status to identified stakeholders and teams
  • Interface with key stakeholders in a high pressurize environment, with the ability to engage individuals across a range of backgrounds and seniority levels.                                                     
  • Act as a direct escalation point from stakeholders for Incidents of both technical and business nature.
  • Prioritize based on defined ITSM priority definition and guidelines.                                                                                                                                     
  • Help drive risk prevention, awareness, and team accountability. Helping identify and raise awareness for incidents that may breach SLAs or may have a major impact to the events being supported.
  • Support Management reporting (KPIs,  SLAs, Analysis).
