Position Summary
We are seeking a D365Technical Lead to be part of team passionate about the delivery and implementation of Microsoft CRM / XRM solutions for Cognizant clients. You will spend much of your time conferring directly with our clients and developing line of business solutions. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest Microsoft technologies and solutions in enterprise-level environments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to analyze business requirements defining functional specifications and confer with clients on strategic and operational uses of the CRM/XRM platform.
- Identify creative solutions to meet system/business requirements with and without the development of custom code.
- Demonstrate detailed understanding of MS CRM Architecture and experience in XRM applications by using custom code to develop robust design and functionality.
- Developing Dynamics CRM custom workflows, plug-in creation, and creation of custom integration solutions with third-party vendors
- Configuring and customizing Share Point workflows, Custom Web Part design and development
- Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services and integrating reports with CRM.
- Integrating Dynamics CRM with Outlook and other applications SAP, PeopleSoft, SharePoint.
- Communicating and coordinating with internal business customers and IT analysts to resolve software requirements and system impacts.
- Migrating application from legacy to Dynamics CRM online and on prem
- Training client personnel on the usage and administration of CRM / XRM
Qualifications
- 7+ year proven track record as an application developer with C#, ASP.NET background.
- 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 implementation experience in CRM Portal / PowerApps Portal
- SQL Server, XML, XSLT, CAML, Business Data Catalog, Forms Services, Excel Services, Report Center
- Experience with sophisticated web development technologies like REST, JSON, WCF, oData, jQuery
- Solid grasp of the web resource capabilities within Dynamics CRM
