Summary of Position
A creative, mission driven, versatile designer that loves to use intuition for design and data to understand performance of marketing campaigns.
Within the growth team, your mission will be to create advertising pieces for our paid campaigns on a variety of channels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Create advertising creatives in a variety of formats and sizes for different paid digital channels (social, TV, search ads, programmatic, etc.);
- Act as a key player within the design team and assure liaison within the leadership team regarding design assets;
- Create a variety of pieces for the purpose of conducting fast paced A B testing for ads and figure out the best performing creatives;
- Design the message and ensure personalization for the different targets and platforms (Android, iOS & web);
- Carry out all stages of computer graphics processing and follow up on the completion of projects;
Creatively contribute to the constant evolution of our brands.

Qualifications Required for Position
- Relevant degree in design;
- At least 5 years of professional experience in creative advertising and motion design;
- You are collaborative, agile, autonomous, and have a good sense of initiative;
- You are rigorous and excellent at multitasking;
- You are skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and / or all other relevant software;
You want to help people sleep better.
