In this role, your responsibilities and duties may include :

  • Ensuring the smooth flow of internal processes for new B2B client onboarding
  • Processing registration requests from NDC aggregators in accordance with the NDC model
  • Recognizing and escalating critical outages for immediate resolution within the B2B onboarding process
  • Documenting incidents and solutions clearly for knowledge sharing in the B2B context
  • Applying LHG direct distribution solutions to B2B purchase points
  • Collaborating with B2B stakeholders in testing new features
  • Providing guidance and support to less experienced team members in this B2B environment
  • Perform other tasks and / or projects, as assigned

The preferred candidate for the role of Support Agent in NDC B2B Customer Onboarding, Steering, and Process Monitoring should meet the following criteria :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field a plus
  • Language : Fluent English required
  • Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with NDC B2B and airline industry processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • B2B Relationship Management : Ready to build B2B connections with a client-centric focus
  • Competent in relevant software and B2B technologies
  • Analytical and effective problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous in Onboarding and monitoring processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Flexible and willing to learn in a dynamic environment
  • Efficient multitasking and meeting deadlines
  • Maintains a professional demeanor and upholds ethical standards
  • Must possess a legal work permit in Argentina
  • Company will not provide relocation assistance
