Cognizant’s ‘Customer service Transformation’ team is part of Cognizant’s Enterprise Platform Services (EPS). This is transforming rapidly, thanks to expanding digital technologies, AI-driven self-service, and the adoption of cloud. Contact centers have re-shaped into experience centers that deliver pro-active, hyper-personalized services. Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted till 3/1/2024

The annual salary for this position is between $85,000 and $120,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Job Responsibilities

Candidate should be able to design and implement Nice InContact configuration, implementation and deployment to production. Candidate is expected to work with their internal telecom, infra groups to support large scale implementation.

·       Ensure Necessary technical help, develop and support for Nice Incontact implementation

·       Basic understanding of AWS services.

·       Experience in Nice Incontact Studio Application

·       Good Knowledge on SIP and WebRTC protocol

·       Participate in business stake holder meetings, orientation and ongoing training of new IT staff

·       Strong knowledge in IVR and ACD

Qualifications

·       6-12 Years of experience in Contact center technology skill-set with Nice Incontact experience

·       Implementation and release management process.

·       Good communication skills and presentation skills.
