Key Responsibilities and Activities
Business Partnership with other departments.
Engagement with Global Category Teams on the conception and execution of the strategic sourcing plans.
Understand operation environment, technical specification, trade environment.
Develop Knowledge of Category Cost break down, Cost modelling, Cost index tracking
Develop cost evolution assumption to support Budget process
Analize total cost of Ownership. Develop and execute category productivity plan to improve efficiency
Lead Request for proposal / Request for quotation
Execute risk assessment analysis and mitigation program
Develop sustainability Roadmap with suppliers
Develop market analysis including SWOT, Porter and other models to category strategy setting
Develop and implement multy country category sourcing strategy aligned with business needs
Negotiation, Contracting, define and implement order / stock policy
Lead Supplier Performance Management for assigned categories
Support New product development projects
Support suppliers performance improvement plans
Support resolution of quality claims, service issue, administrative gap
Ensure compliance with the standards or requirements established in Procurement Policy
Key Relationships
Internal : Regional / Global Procurement peers, Marketing, IT, HR and Finance.
External : Suppliers and Industry entities.
Experience Required
Fluency in English

Exeptional communication skills, verbal and written and presentation
Demostrate a solid track record in Stakeholder Infuencing Management, strong interpersonal skills
Critical thinking / reasoning ability
Ability to collaborate with others in multinational matrix enviroment
Ability to work independently and be highly organized.
Technical
Experience of leading negotations with suppliers
Capability to handle multiple categories in different countries
Building strategy in procurement category
Capabilities to present and analyze data and present in slides with local and global teams
Experience in Marketing
Others
English Mandatory, Portuguese is a plus
