What you will be doing

You will have the opportunity of learning and develop your skills and get a broad perspective of HR while supporting our team in LATAM.

Some of your main responsibilities will be :

1.Support Recruiters coordinating LATAM recruitment interviews

  • Perform reference checks if needed
  • Follow- up on new hires.

2. Conduct Administrative tasks for event s coordination in Argentina

  • Follow up on provider s related tasks
  • Perform administrative tasks needed to coordinate workshops, meetings etc.
  • Venue reservation
  • Request materials needed
  • Book lunches
  • Support participants during activities

3. General Office Maintenance

  • Liaise with service providers to follow up on orders and keep HR records up to date
  • Coordinate and communicate with Office Managers in other locations to ensure and maintain uniform practices.

4. Support Induction and on-boarding processes

5. Request & follow up on Jira tickets for newcomers

6. Prepare agendas using Confluence and Outlook

7. Follow up on support Dpt. for all requests submitted

8. Comply with data protection regulations and keep required paperwork up to date

9 . Comply with company policies advising employees about them

10 . Keep Administrative records up-to-date using the HRIS provided

  • Upload employee s Data
  • Verify employee leave requests (holidays, sick leave, maternity etc.) and follow up on deviations
  • Update records and HR management system with personnel data
  • Collaborate with HR to maintain and implement office policies
  • Verify accurateness of HRIS Data and correct deviations
  • Address employee queries regarding admin / office-related matters
  • Verify off boarding documentation is up to date and completed (ex. Request, check and maintain contract terminations documents.)

11. Participate in HR Related Projects

Knowledge and skills you need to have

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent 1- 3 years work experience
  • 1-2 years as HR Admin or similar administrative role.
  • English and Spanish are essential : High level of written and oral communication skills in both
  • Data and administrative management practices and procedures
  • Clerical practices and procedures
  • Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages Microsoft Office, Citrix, Confluence.

Bonus points for the following

  • Knowledge of local labor law / job market
  • Familiar with HRMS / ATS Personio, and BreezyHR
  • Accounting principles
