Role Overview
In this role you will be working with our clients to capture functional and technical requirements from the client and translate business requirements in Oracle requirements identifying the best solution
What you will do
- Responsible for leading and managing the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements design solutions and ensure successful delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members conduct training sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.
- Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex Technical issues/problems
What you bring to the role
- Must have expertise in Store Operations and Finance & Accounting domains.
- 6+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM-Benefits Oracle Cloud HCM-Global HR Oracle Cloud HCM-Health Safety and Oracle Cloud HCM-Journeys.
- Relevant experience in HCM Applications with implementation experience in at least 2 end to end projects.
- Required 2 years minimum experience in the following areas: Oracle Fusion Core HR, Absence, ORC, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, OTL, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, Security.
