Main goal : Support account manager in managing all aspects related to key partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Ensure deadlines and expectations are met by acting as an active hub for information and materials flows amongst different teams from Deezer and partners, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.
- Develop analysis, presentations, and regular updates on partnership performance over selected business KPIs. That also includes working hand in hand with Deezer specialist data teams.
- Craft presentations for business reviews both internally and externally with partners.
- Structure and share information and data analysis with several areas, including the results on Marketing, CRM, and content actions undertaken related to the partners.
- Support marketing, content production, CRM and communication action plans execution.
- Support in invoicing, payments, contracts, and supplier management.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Communications, International relations and other related.
- From 2 to 5 years experience in distribution partnership management related positions, preferably in streaming services, digital subscription products, telecom or e-retail companies.
- Experience in managing projects with a large number of stakeholders.
- Analytical skills, including ease of dealing with data analysis and analytical tools, such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau.
- Presentation skills, including tools like PowerPoint and Google Slides.
- Optimal communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Native in Spanish, fluent in Portuguese, and English.
