As an Admin & Payroll Specialist you'll be responsible for managing day to day payroll and benefits operations for a country; Ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance to internal control and statutory legislation; Provides expertise on local payroll policy; Handles escalated payroll related queries; Works within defined processes and procedures and gives advice on processes inside and outside the assigned work while also providing support (e.g.. mentorship, process, improvements).

What you'll do
  • Work experience in payroll.
  • Expertise with taxes and local legislation as labor, ISR, social security.
  • Computer literacy (e.g.. Excel, HR IS, CMS).
  • Experience in HR Shared Services.
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR processes and policies.
  • Experience in process-oriented environment.
  • Exposure to basic quality controls.
  • Experience with handling confidential data.
Your qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting or related.
  • Large experience in payroll.
  • Experience in taxes.
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR processes and policies.
  • Ability to answer queries on own initiative by effective use and interpretation of relevant data/available information.
  • Experienced with Case Management tools and HR IT systems.
  • English advanced is a must.
