Payroll Analyst
This position is responsible for direct and indirect contact with the customers of the client and aims to provide superior service in terms of fulfilling transactional activities and optimizing information resolution within the assigned process. Furthermore, This role coordinates Payroll Administrators roles. Is responsible for
📌 What challenges are waiting for you:
- Escalation and resolution point for team members with regards to process related queries,
- Detailed understanding of Process metrics e.g. SLA, KPIs,
- Raises relevant quality and or scope issues which may impact delivery and,
- Ensure relevant process documents are readily availability and referenced while running day to day operations,
- Ensure process controls are in place,
- Perform Root Cause Analysis on issues faces and suggest appropriate corrective action for current remediation and future control.
- Perform audits of Key Controls,
- Perform as Backup APC in absence of APC,
- Participates in Knowledge Transfer
- Provide team members with a clear sense of direction and understanding of each others responsibilities including succession planning,
- Maintains positive and effective work relationships with clients,
- Reorganizes own and or team s activities to respond effectively to changing needs of customer
What will make you successful:
- Should have prior working knowledge of Payroll Processing, if not in accounting and or HR coordinating a team.
- Hands on experience of managing work through workflow tool like CRM ticketing tools.
- Must have excellent command over verbal and written.
