How will you make an impact in this role?

The Colleague Experience Group (CEG), formerly known as Human Resources, seeks to provide a great colleague experience every day.Payroll is looking for a Payroll Analyst to join our team, and lead key payroll processes for LAC region, also to support the ongoing strategic transformation of the team, focused on improve end-to-end Servicing experience. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Execute Regulatory & Employment Tax calculations and controls to ensure timely and accurate reporting & payment to the local LAC authorities.
  • Lead reporting of employment tax obligations directly into the authorities websites. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to proceed with payments as per authorities calendars
  • Validate Income Tax and Social security payments for the region. Control against accounting registrations
  • Management of Bank Portals.
  • Support continue improvements and initiatives related to payroll function in the region. 
  • Support internal audits and external Tax authorities inquires and intimations
  • Create and maintain repository source of information and documentation (SOPs) as per company standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Advanced student or graduated in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Accountant or Related.
  • 5+ years of work experience in a Payroll role is required.
  • 2+Proof experience in Tax and Regulatory matters for LAC (preferred Argentina, Brasil. Chile & Mexico)
  • Knowledge on regulatory processes such us: Income Tax (Mex), SICORE (Arg), INSS (Bra), IMSS (Mex), SICOSS (Arg), IRRF (Bra), ISN (Mex)
  • Commerce Union
  • Experience with SAP Payroll system or similar.
  • Intermediate/Advanced level of English.
  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work under time constraints to ensure deadliness are met.
