We are seeking an People Analytics Analyst Insights Team to join our team.
Reporting to the Global Lead of People Analytics, the People Analytics Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting various types of HR and non-HR data to help the organization make informed decisions about talent management, workforce planning, performance management, and others.
This role focuses on leveraging data-driven insights to inform and influence the people strategies. The successful candidate will be able to analyze complex workforce data to deliver actionable insights that drive organizational improvements and effectiveness.
Main Responsibilities :
- Conduct deep-dive analyses and statistical analyses into workforce data to uncover trends and insights that inform HR strategies and decisions
- Translate business problems into talent challenges that can be address through People Analytics
- Use predictive modeling and analytics to forecast HR trends and outcomes
- Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling, and actionable narratives for various stakeholders
- Work closely with HR and overall leadership to understand their data needs, support data-driven projects and initiatives across HR functions and provide actionable insights
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and reports
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree required, in business, human resources, statistic, or related field
- 2+ years of experience with cleaning, analyzing, modeling, and interpreting data, building dashboards and reports for data visualization
- Must have advanced skill level with data analysis and analytics tools
- Analytical thinker capable of creative problem-solving and execution
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with ability to communicate complex data in an understandable manner
- Self-starter attitude : someone who can tackle an assignment by being resourceful, taking initiative, and managing through ambiguity positively
- High level of maturity, include ability to maintain (and keep confidential) highly sensitive information
